These iconic Pigreco chairs are not only a design statement, but also a historical landmark, as they mark Tobia Scarpa's very first creation, born as a graduate project at the University of Venice in 1959. Coming from the famed Gavina showroom, a space Carlo Scarpa managed in Bologna in the 1960s, these chairs embody the legacy of Italian craftsmanship and design history from the middle of the last century.
