Description
This beautiful pair of Mid-Century Modern armchairs were made in Czechia by renowned furniture manufacturers TON, design attributed to J. Smidek. Low-set and comfortable, a deep seat upholstered in soft boucle is set at a gentle recline. Sloping bentwood armrests evoke the organic curves found in nature, while the sharp taper of the angled legs adds a graphic, Modernist note. The light cinnamon polish of the wood and the muted stone color of the fabric combine to create a warm neutral color palette, bringing a soothing quality to the stylish silhouette.
