Folding chair by Warren McArthur for Mayfair Industries. Original ashtray on back. Good condition for its age of 80+ years, there are a couple small tears in the back corner of the seat and on the arms as shown in the photos. Original salmon colored naugahyde
McArthur was a pioneer in modular aluminum furniture design and manufacturing prior to WW2. After the war his work fell into obscurity until being rediscovered in the 1980s. This is your chance to own an affordable piece of design history. -
