Marvellous 19th Century Nutwood Trumeau Commode from the famous Biedermeier period in Austria around 1830. Beautifully designed and constructed from spruce wood, this dresser shows a precious mirrormatched nutwood veneered surface, impressing with a unique grain. This lovely trumeau commode offers a drawer with brass pulls sitting above two doors that can be wide opened. Behind these you will find a divided compartment for convenient storage, all lockable with the still original locks. A real beautiful Biedermeier commode that has been elaborately made in the early 19th century in the epicenter of the renown Biedermeier era - Vienna/Austria, coming with a fantastic looking traditional hand-polished shellac finish which additionally enhances the fantastic look of the great set nut wood veneer.
