A French Louis XV style cherry buffet à deux-corps from the early 19th century, with glass doors and round clock. Created in France at the beginning of the reign of Emperor Napoléon I, this cherry buffet à deux-corps features a beveled cornice overhanging two doors with paneled glass and arching accents. These doors open to reveal inner shelves offering great storage opportunities, surrounding a central clock. Featuring two drawers with sunburst motifs in its lower section, this upper cabinet is resting on a three-door buffet. Raised on scrolling feet and adorned with a delicately carved apron, this Louis XV style cherry buffet à deux-corps circa 1800 will bring a touch of elegance to any living room or office.
