French 19th Century Ash & Walnut Enfilade

Description
A substantial solid ash and walnut wood enfilade hand crafted in France circa 1870. The top has smooth canted corners following down to a well paneled and ebony trimmed sides and front. Three top drawers slide with ease using simple brass pulls. The paneled doors open on brass hinges to two cabinets with one adjustable shelf and plenty of storage space. Brass shield escutcheon plates are found on each door with working locks; two keys are present. The entire piece has been cleaned and polished with French paste wax that enhances its gorgeous patina, warm tone, and beautiful wood grain.
