A gorgeous Louis-Phillipe walnut commode from the 19th century featuring exceptional bookmatched veneer on the three lower drawer fronts. This lovely commode exhibits strong proportions and rounded corners to organize the case of four drawers: a short drawer hidden in the frieze at the top followed by three larger ones. The upper and middle drawers share a key to operate the locks, whereas the key to the bottom drawer is specific to that lock. The commode is raised on simple bracket feet.
