French 19th Century Louis Philippe Walnut Confiturier
-
Description
French 19th century Louis Philippe period confiturier cabinet made for jams, jellies, and other preserves. Like an enfilade of the same style, this compact storage piece is classic Louis Philippe: gorgeous walnut construction, a sloping frieze with drawer, and paneled door enclosing the cabinet. Lock is operational with one key included. Inside the cabinet is a stationary shelf, 12 ½” deep, leaving approximately 13 ¼” of height above and below–just enough space to turn this antique cupboard into a dry bar for wine and spirits. Shaped bracket feet raise the piece off the floor. Cleaned, tightened, and polished with a French paste wax, ready for your interior. Please view the detailed images for the current condition.
