Georges Candilis pass-through serving cabinet

Description
A very rare stained pine serving cabinet and room divider by Georges Candilis from the Les Lamparos building in Canet-en-Roussillon. The Canet project (1968-71) was a complex of holiday homes on the French Mediterranean coast, designed by Candilis with Pierre Raoux.
This two-sided piece has six doors on one side and five on the other. Behind the doors in the center is an opening, to pass through plates or drinks. -
