This filing cabinet was designed by Jorge Zalszupin and has three drawers with a leather handles, four wheels, and leather on the outside frame. The wheels are attached on the bottom of four wooden pillars that are screwed into the side of the filing cabinet. The wood has a beautiful pattern to it and it has been refinished to be in excellent condition. This filing cabinet has a simple and clean design to it, which makes it perfect for any type of environment. If you are looking for a wooden filing cabinet for your office this is a great choice!

Jorge Zalszupin (1922-2020) was born in Warsaw, Poland and studied architecture at Bucharest’s Ecole des Beaux Arts. While working as an architect in Paris, he found inspiration about Oscar Niemeyer and Roberto Burle Marx and immigrated to Brazil. His work as an architect created a demand for decoration and furniture proposals that suited the style of his projects. Eventually in November of 1959, he established his own company called L'Atelier. He excelled in working with various materials, such as travertine marble, slung leather, and exquisite woods like jacaranda and rosewood. Zalszupin's contribution to Brazilian modernism lies in his consistently sleek and elegant creations, utilizing the vibrant grains of tropical hardwoods abundant in the region.
