French Hollywood Regency Chest or Commode by Maison Jansen, Bronze, Marble
A Hollywood Regency Commode by Maison Jansen stamped Made in France. Nine drawers on this one of a kind stunning recently refinished to its original glory days chest. The thick black, gray, white veined marble top supported by an oak interior refinished in ebony with nine drawers flanked by cookie cutter column corners. Each drawer with the finest cast dore' bronze mounted pulls depicting dolphins pulling the handle. The individual key holes with cornucopia framed mounts. This top of the chest stamped MADE IN FRANCE depicting both age and quality. A stunning example of this highly sought after designers work and dedication to quality from his early years.
