Extraordinary pair of very rare nutwood cabinets from the famous Biedermeier period in Austria around 1830. These unique cabinets impress with a straight timeless shape and unique veneered surface. Both front doors were veneered with finest burr walnut and show an absolute gorgeous mirrored grain. To avoid warping both cabinets have been additionally countermove-veneered on the inside with maple, a sign of high-quality furniture. Slightly cambered, marvelous worked pilasters convince with their exceptional style. A one-of-a-kind pair of compact-sized Biedermeier cabinets that were especially made for the childrens room of a manorial Vienesse villa. Offering great storage space, the interiors of the cabinets will be customized to your needs. You can choose between three compartments or you can also mix it, for example one shelf combined with a clothing rail, just let us know what you prefer. The traditional hand polished shellac finish reinforce the incredible look of the walnut grain. Artfully brass applications complete the incredible look of these two eye-catching 19th century Biedermeier cabinets.
