Description
This elegant 18th-century French console table is a fine example of Louis XVI style, reflecting neoclassical elegance and timeless craftsmanship. Made from walnut, it features a rectangular top with an inset black leather surface, adding a refined and functional element ideal for writing or display. The single drawer is framed by clean lines and accented with original brass pulls and a central escutcheon, combining practicality with understated decoration.
Supported by fluted, tapered legs—a hallmark of Louis XVI design—the table showcases clean, symmetrical lines and a graceful silhouette. Built using traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery, it is both durable and sophisticated. Perfect for an entryway, study, or living room, this console table blends functionality with classic French design, making it a versatile and elegant addition to any interior. -
