Gorgeous looking 19th century Nutwood console table from the so-called "second" Biedermeier period around 1860 in Austria. Veneered in finest nut wood this perfect restored Biedermeier console table impresses with graceful curves and exceptional lines. A lockable drawer with inlayed maple key lock offers practical space. Fantastic designed, solid carved nutwood columns confers this masterpiece a very unique appearance. The amazing looking nutwood veneered top plate shows a wonderful mirrored grain with extraordinary vertical veneered outer edges. A traditional hand-polished shellac finish preserves the precious surfaces and finalizes the outstanding look of this remarkable late Biedermeier console table.
