Beautiful large flame mahogany Pembroke or sofa table.

British, circa 1830, probably a William IV piece because of its simplicity, but in the Regency Style (a Transition piece).

Made of the best Cuban flame mahogany, with two-drop down leaves. Carved fluted legs ending with original brass castors.

Unlike most small examples it has two central drawers instead of a fake one on one end.

This is a really solid piece of furniture !!!

It has a gorgeous deep red patina !
Simple but very elegant !
