Fine pair of George II mahogany console tables, the original Breche Violette tops over molded apron and standing on acanthus scroll carved legs, the knees with cabochon and foliate carving and standing on boldly carved ball and claw feet, both with pleasing color and patination.
Provenance: one table with circa 1930 celluloid label from the Antique Department of B. Altman. -
