Description
This card table has a secret hidden underneath the top; when the top is lifted, the rear legs automatically swing backwards. Known as a mechanical action or "trick leg," this feature is more typically associated with New York card tables but was occasionally found in Philadelphia examples. This table retains its original brass casters with hairy paw feet.
