-
Description
Angelo Mangiarotti was a very important italian architect and designer, born in 1921 in Milan. He studied architecture at the Politecnico of Milan and gratuated in 1948. He then went to the US for a short period of time where he had the chance to meet Frank Lloyd Wright, Walter Gropius and Mies van der Rohe, who were crucial to his own growth and style development.
Here we have a dining table or center table model 302 made by Mangiarotti in 1959 for Bernini. It was thought to be in different materials and shapes. This one has a base in brass and a round marble tabletop.
