This uniquely bold yet elegant Streamlines Machine Age Art Deco Vanity/Dressing Table in bookmatched & Burled Walnut and black lacquer originates from the United States, Circa 1935. Featuring a large round mirror composed of two panels inset into the base, this piece has ample reflective space and feels beautifully integrated into its surroundings with the scale and gravity it contains in the composition. The Base is composed of beautifully finished bookmatched walnut with Black lacquer accents in an identifiable geometric Art Deco style, with a demi-lune plinth form base supporting the body of drawers.It is also fitted with a pull out glass shelf. The pulls are stunning, located in the center of each of the three drawers and composed in Amber Bakelite with black lacquer accents. This gorgeous vanity will style beautifully in a wide array of interiors and settings, from Art Deco to Mid-Century and Contemporary Interiors. In Mint Restored Condition.
