Biedermeier Sewing Stand, Cherry Wood, South Germany circa 1825
Rare, very fine Biedermeier sewing stand. Cherry wood veneered and solid, hand polished with shellac. Round pincushion with new black structured velvet fabric. Small drawer on the front. Standing on a tripod solid cherry base.
