Carlo Scarpa solid travertine ‘Samo’ pedestal dining table, produced by Simon, Italy circa 1970s. This 'Samo' table is part of the ‘Ultrarazionale’ collection by Simon. 1.25" thick oval top with stylized multilayered pedestal base. 9 layers of stacked solid travertine T-shaped slabs create the pedestal base. Striking and soft grain patterning to travertine top. This dining table can comfortably accommodate 6. Excellent / pristine condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or repairs.
