Signed and dated Eero Saarinen for Knoll oval Tulip dining table in blond wood with oval plastic-coated cast-aluminum base. This table has an unusual size that was likely a custom order. It is just the right size to be an ample 6-person table in a small space or even a desk/work table in a generous office. We believe the blond wood top is is made of sustainably grown and harvested bamboo, not apparently an option on the Knoll website, hence custom order. Signed in several locations with both paper and metal labels.

Condition: Top and base show minor signs of light use, including light scattered dings, scuffs, minor scratches.

Additional: For an additional $800, I can refinish the top in several options. White or black laquer. Walnut or rosewood stain with a laquered finish in satin or glossy. Work will take roughly one week.

Pictured in the final few images are the differnet stages of an example already refinished and sold. This includes sanding, priming with the grey primer pictured, wet-sanding for smoothness, and application of white base enamel with a protective clear laquer top coat. Finally, included is the sold example in the home of the buyer. They were very pleased with the quality of the work. This is one of many routes you can go with this table.
