French 19th Century Mahogany & Marble Gueridon

A 19th century French marble top gueridon from the Restauration period that would be stunning in a foyer as a center table or as a large end table in a living room. A circular piece of St. Anne marble forms the top, exhibiting monochromatic veining of black and gray, characteristic of the stone. Below is a beautifully figured mahogany column supporting the circular figured marble top, set upon a patinated tripod base with scroll-form legs and resting on wood disc feet. Cleaned and polished with a French paste wax, this table is ready for your immediate use. Please be sure to view the detailed images to see the current condition of this antique gueridon.
