Description
A delightfully charming Louis XVI period marble top capsule-shaped side table from 19th century France. Secured by a perimeter of carved walnut moulding, the marble top is set into the fabulous table, and is in excellent antique condition. The apron is adorned with a twisted ribbon carved motif that circles the antique piece. The long, tapered and fluted legs are joined by a cane shaped stretcher, which uses cane to serve as an undertier shelf and adds to the piece’s overall charm.
