French Oak Patisserie Table with Marble Top
-
Description
Crafted in France circa 1850, this unique console table is topped with a dark slab of hand-cut marble featuring inclusions of tiny fossils. In the apron one can see the joinery technique of wooden pegs. The wonderfully patinated hardwood apron is free of any drawers and connects to square, slightly tapered legs. Level and sturdy enough to withstand continued everyday use, it works perfectly in any space. Make sure to check out the detailed images to get a closer look.
