Rare and Iimportant Italian Mid-Century Modern console / sofa table in Rose Wood by Ico Parisi. 2 pieces are known to have been made. A daring piece of architecture and design history with tapered and angled legs and stretcher supporting an angled rosewood top and 2 drawers. The drawer pulls are delicately sculpted in an elongated, oval form. Documentation: This piece is featured in Ico Parisi Design Catalogue Raisonne by Roberta Lietta, Silvana Editoriale, Italy, 2017, p. 331. The total height including back molding is 35.75".
