A very fine Italian 1930's burl walnut writing table or desk, the large rectangular surface is supported by an elegantly curved apron consisting of two large drawers atop robust angled legs with brass banding decoration at the top of chic tassel motif. A beautifully hand-crafted grand piece showcasing the rich grain of the wood; can be placed anywhere in a room as finished on all sides.
