Simply stunning Italian Empire white painted and parcel-gilt decorated console table, circa 1825. The white marble rectangular top above an acanthus carved frieze, raised on female monopodiae flanked by acanthus carved pierced scroll brackets, the bow-shaped plinth on reeded bun feet, the back on fluted pilasters.
