Viennese Jugenstil bentwood side table or plant stand c. 1900 with rare lithyalin glass top. Lithyalin glass was an esoteric and very costly glass made in the 19th century that imitated various gemstones. The firm of J. & J. Kohn produced Jugenstil bentwood pieces with similar red tops and similar large brass bosses or nail heads.
