French Modern Neoclassical Brass and Marble Coffee Table by Maison Jansen
-
Description
Elegant French Mid-Century Modern neoclassical solid brass and Italian marble coffee table by Maison Jansen, circa 1950.
A timeless, yet modern design with timeless materials. The frame is constructed of solid brass with white Italian Carrara marble inset into the top. It is supported by 4 legs arranged in a Classic X-frame design. The legs are cross-braced by a thin round stretcher and terminates with a lions head and ring pull on each end. The piece is finished with 4 ring pulls on each corner. The whole composition is sublime and refined.
