Pair of Maison Ramsay side tables gilt iron black lacquer 1950
-
Description
This beautiful pair of side tables by Maison Ramsay dates from the late 1950s, and carry with them the elegant mood of the neoclassical post art deco period. The wrought iron feet are glittering in an antiqued gold gilt finish, while the black lacquer tops give them a glam twist which makes a gracious compliment to both traditional and modern spaces. Their sophisticated and clean design are typical of the French neoclassical work by Maison Ramsay and offer a timeless look. These end tables have been fully restored, black tops relacquered, with a beautiful gilded patina, and are found in a great vintage condition.
