Fully Restored & Rare Ole Wanscher Floating Top Rosewood Coffee Table 1960s
-
Description
Designed in the 1960s by iconic designer Ole Wanscher, this high coffee table was produced by Poul Jeppesens Mobelfabrik. This example is not only the rare rosewood variant, but also one of the few ever imported into the US. Designed in such a way that the top looks as if levitating above the base, it features fully restored rosewood and signatures beneath the top.
This table has been fully restored. This includes hand-sanding to remove the old finish, application of new finish, application of a clear lacquer protective coat, and buffing to a shine, which results in a very colorful and rich grain befitting of the rosewood. You will love the design, condition, and practicality of this table. -
