Description
Gorgeous pair of 19th Century French Mahogany Gueridon/ Side Tables from the period around 1870. Made of fine mahogany wood, these delicate round Gueridon tables show a very noble design. The lovely shaped round upper parts are adorned by slightly recessed fields framed by beautiful thin brass bars and impress with great looking, white marble plates on top, surrounded by artfully made, firegilt brass borders. Standing on four solid tapered mahogany columns, these amazing antique side tables additionally provide a small drawer and a floating round compartment between the columns in the lower third, beautifully veneered with bookmatched mahogany and ornated by a round inlayed brass stripe. An absolute outstanding pair of 19th century Gueridon tables out of France, coming in perfect restored condition.
