Pair of Jansen style marble-top bronze-mounted consoles. A pair of Maison Jansen demilune form console tables. Simply the finest triple “D” form bronze-mounted mahogany console tables with mirror backs and marble tops. Each having a Louis XVI flair with a lower shelf with a pierced bronze gallery. The marble tops having a slightly different edge. The case itself in excellent condition with very fine chaise bronze mounts.
This fine pair appear to be a copy of a similar pair sold in William Doyle Galleries in NYC and on 1st dibs previously for $42,500. -
