Description
17th century English oak gateleg dining table with the rare configuration of an undershelf, also known as a pot-board shelf, resting on shoe feet. Extended, the table has an oval top on baluster turned legs incorporating two D shape leaves supported on square section "gates", or legs. 6'-2 1/2" open length. Folds to 25 1/2" for storage. Can also be used against as desk against a wall with one leaf extended (50" long).
