Description
Set of Two Side Tables in Marble, Metal and Brass, Brazil, 1950's
The square side tables have white marble tops, mounted on black metal tripod bases with brass detailing. The marble tops are slightly beveled with angled corners, and both pieces show natural veining typical of solid marble.
The combination of materials gives the tables a balanced, architectural look. The brass elements are aged but intact, offering a nice contrast with the black metal legs. Each table stands on three feet with small square brass pads.
Sturdy and versatile, they can be used as side tables, nightstands, or small coffee tables. The tops are in a very good condition, with no cracks or repairs. Both tables are structurally solid.
There is a small chip in the corner of the marble, witch you can see at the photo's. -
