Mid-Century Danish Teak Skovby Extendable Dining Table

Description
This gorgeous round teak extending dining table remains in original condition throughout. Manufactured by Skovby in Denmark. Modern round pedestal teak table resting on V shaped supports. An amazing model, the table is beautifully formed, the top displays beautiful teak grain strikingly gorgeous of a deep rich patina and remains in good condition, showing some minor wear extends up to 87″, the brackets beneath release to allow the table to slide open and accept two drop-in extension leaves (available), also with brackets underneath locking them securely in place. Fully extended, it becomes a large conference table measuring 84″ (7ft), without leaves the table is a perfect circle and measures 46 3/8″ diameter, makers label on underside (Skovby Mobelfabrik A/S made in Denmark). This is a wonderful table that offers two large leaves, changing it from a medium size round table to a large oval table. Characteristically sleek and functional and exudes an aesthetic beauty as well making it perfect for the modern interior. Also, available matching Danish Modern teak Dining chairs (sold separately).
Condition Report: Minor surface, overall remaining in exquisite original condition. Frame is sturdy.
