elegant small 19th century mahogany pedestal desk from partridge & cooper London Holborn
Very beautiful pedestal desk which has been worked on both sides which allows it to be placed in the middle of a room or against a wall.
The desk is composed of three drawers in the belt (each has a key) and two pedestals with three drawers
Very nice molding work on the drawers and elegant bowfronted base which is unusual
Desk of very good quality and with beautiful proportions and small model
The height below the belt is 65cm. This allows you to be comfortably seated. (very often too low)
The top is covered with burgundy-colored leather with Directoire decoration with golden roulette. It is its original leather which has a beautiful patina The desk is in perfect condition and has a very beautiful patina -
