Description
A Swedish birch and mahogany side table, Circa 1940s, produced by Bodafors and designed by Axel Larsson (documented in Axel Larsson Möbelformgivare och inredningsarkitekt under fem decennier. Sigrid Eklund Nyström) The divided circular top with square sections of flamed birch and a mahogany cross-banding. The top opening to a fitted interior with sewing compartments. A tapering stem with three rounded sections raised on a three sided pedestal with curved feet. Makers label on the inside.
