This sophisticated Machine Age Art Deco side table was designed in the United States, circa 1935. The table has a four-tier, stepped circular base. The tiers alternate between lustrous chrome and a high-gloss black enamel. Three chrome columns sit on top of the skyscraper style base- consisting of alternating tiers of black enamel and chrome- which supports a circular chrome tabletop with a black Vitrolite inset. Epitomizing the sleek machine-influenced aesthetic of late-Art Deco design, this table would be a beautiful addition to any style of interior from Classic deco to contemporary. Excellent vintage condition.
