Description
The Ki pedestal finds its inspiration in the Japanese technique of Yakisugi (burnt wood). The deliberately refined design highlights the materiality of the wood. The work of the end-grain wood top reveals a real pattern. The burnt wood thus "fossilized" takes on an almost "mineral" appearance. Inspired by the Wabi-Sabi aesthetic, this pedestal is designed to become more beautiful with the passage of time.
We pay particular attention to our finishes and the quality of our products, which are the result of a long collaboration. With proper maintenance, they should last forever.
