Description
HERMES BRACELET BEHAPI DOUBLE TOUR BRACELET
A delicate and lovely Hermes bracelet of gold plated Hermes Hapi buckle and black Chamoniz calfskin leather. .
Some of the bracelets unknowingly have a great story behind them. Contrary to appearances, Behapi is actually a code. "Be" indicates that the leather strap is made from two materials and therefore reversible, and "hapi" are the first letters of the name and surname of its creator: the well-known French designer Pierre Hardy. This buckle, originally intended for jewelry accessories, now adorns hats, gloves and shoes.
Signed Hemes Made in France
leather strap is .25” w w x 14.5” l including the gold plated Hermes buckle.

Pavilion is the collective vision of Deborah Colman and Neil Kraus, both graduates of the master of fine arts program at the Art Institute of Chicago. From a longstanding interest in art and design, frequent buying trips to France and Italy have influenced the direction of the gallery to offer items that are not easily sourced in Chicago and United States. Postwar design has been the focus for 18 yrs and we also look forward to new design that crosses boundaries and dialogues as well to the past
