French Art Bronze Bracelet by Line Vautrin

Description
A rare cuff bracelet in gilded and silvered bronze by Parisian art jewller Line Vautrin (1913-1997). The playful piece is called "Le gendarme et le voleur" (The police agent and the thief". The model scheme was created in 1940s and made into bracelet in 1980s. It features the stylised policeman with the hat on one side and the escaping thief on the other. The gilt figures contrasts nicely with the silvered body. It has a pin mechnism for opening and closing.
