This stunning Van Cleef & Arpels necklace from the elegant Cosmos collection features a floral clip pendant with heart-shaped petals crafted in 18k white gold and set with 53 brilliant-cut round DEF, IF to VVS diamonds of an estimated 1.57 carats. This is the medium model of the enhancer completed with an adjustable length chain. Made in France.
