Shown here, a rare Sterling Silver and 18 K gold Miniature Gladstone or Doctor's bag made for Tiffany & Co. in the 1980s. The precise detailed workmanship by K. Bartosik is exceptional. These were retailed by Tiffany & Co. as well as other fine retailers such as Takashimaya in NYC. With 18 K gold detailing and movable parts, these small works of wonder have become highly collectible and desirable. These are the ultimate in collectible miniatures but also can function as a pill box or keepsake holder. Guaranteed to become an heirloom... Measures at 1 + 13/16" across, and 1" high x 3/4" d. The 18 K gold handles are movable and is marked 750 on the top latch. . Also marked Tiffany & Co , KTB , 925. Approximately 39.9 g.
