Four-in-one interchangeable vintage yellow gold earrings from Van Cleef and Arpels. 18k yellow gold shell earrings is a base for three disks that you can wear color-coordinated with your attire. Onyx, lapis and malachite disks can be worn as a single disk or even paired. There is a clip-on clasp that holds them together.
Stamped with the VCA maker's mark, serial number and a hallmark for 18k gold.
Measurements: disk diameter is 1 inch; the gold part is 3/4" L x 3/8" W.
