Gold, Diamond and Sapphire Ring. This ring is composed of a Cabochon Star Sapphire surmounting a circle of ten round brilliant diamonds set in yellow 18 karat gold. 10 Diamonds approximately total weight 1.0 Cts. Ring is size 6 (NOTE: Can be resized). The ring is in excellent condition.
