- A French Mid-20th Century 18 karat gold brooch with diamonds, ruby, black enamel and mother of pearl by Van Cleef & Arpels, c. 1960. This brilliant collection of whimsically cartoonish animal clips charmed new customers with their playful expressions and quirky compositions. Still highly detailed and made of precious metal and gemstones, the animated brooches made for great gifts and, because they were a bit more affordable than the Maison's typically pricey pieces, more people could indulge in these adorable animals. - Antique Edwardian diamond and pearl bow necklace c. 1910. Centering upon a nice old Mine Cushion cut diamond weighing approximately 1.00 carat, approximately I - J color and VS clarity, tied up with a voluminous platinum bow, set with approximately 3.10 carats of smaller similarly-cut diamonds, approximately H - I color and VS clarity, plus a teardrop-shaped cultured pearl measuring approximately 11 x 13 mm, completed by a 16" long 14 karat white gold chain. The ring has an emerald-cut emerald with an approximate weight of .90 carat in a gold bezel setting, and 2 milegrain set old European-cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 1.35 carats. - A French Art Deco platinum and enamel brooch with diamonds and rubies, c. late 1930s. The brooch has 306 round diamonds with an approximate total weight of 8.75 carats, and 2 cabochon ruby accents. This dimensional brooch representing a dove, the symbol of peace and love, is of special significance, as it was produced as France and the European continent were heading towards war. - Antique pendant watch on chain, made by Patek Philippe for Tiffany & Co., powered by an 18-jewel nickel lever adjusted movement with a bimetallic balance and flat spring. The watch has an ivory-colored dial & painted black Arabic numerals, as well as an elegant guilloched light blue enamel case with rose-cut diamond-set and hand-engraved melee fringe, mounted in platinum. The case with fringe measures approximately 35mm in diameter; the watch is suspended from a matching 24" chain necklace with a barrel-shaped patterned blue enamel station links on a platinum cable chain.
