A kingwood marquetry Louis XV bureau plat with gilt bronze mounts and cabriole legs, ending in gilt bronze sabots with acanthus leaf ornamentation; the original leather inset top bordered by bronze molding with four corners in gilt bronze mounts with cartouche shapes within which are three fleur de lis, and bordered by acanthus leaf motif. Waved apron with three frieze drawers, and three faux drawers to the reverse.
