Description
George VI Oak Side Chair Upholstered in Sage Colored Velvet Made for George VI’s Coronation. The seat back embroidered ‘GR’ (George Rex) below a crown. The underside of the chair’s seat rail stamped, “1937 George VI Coronation, Holland and Sons.” Holland and Sons the long time cabinetmakers to the Royal Family since Queen Victoria.
